Heritage Events
We at K’antu Ensemble love working collaboratively with heritage organisations to bring life back to the music and dance of the past.
Our heritage events encourage audiences of all backgrounds to experience and participate in the arts of the past.
Everything To Everybody Project
We brought historical music and dance to the shoppers in Birmingham's iconic Bullring shopping centre as part of the ‘Everything to Everybody’ Festival Day in association with Birmingham Central Library and the University of Birmingham. Click here to watch a short video about the event.
Manor Farm Heritage Open Day
Working closely with the events team at Hillingdon Council, we have designed a range of immersive workshops for their Heritage Open Day Events.
Our team of professional musicians, actors and dancers took participants on a journey through the history of the site whilst listening and dancing to music from the time the barn was built.
Shakespeare Birthplace Trust
We worked with museum staff to create immersive workshop performances across their portfolio of sites, to celebrate the Bard's Birthday. The sights and sounds of Shakespeare's world were brought to life for their visitors.
